Training workshop on measurement concepts and key figures
For the fourth time, the FfE GmbH held an energy technology-training course for energy and technical managers of various companies and plants of the Magna Group from Germany and Austria – this time on the topic of measurement concepts and key performance indicators.
The approx. 35 workshop participants were taught about all steps from the measurement concept its implementation and the use of the data (see Figure 1). Amongst others the essential criteria and strategies for the creation of measurement and key performance indicator concepts were explained.
During the workshop both the experiences of the workshop participants and of the FfE with measurement devices and relevance of key performance indicators were discussed.
The aim now is to apply on the company’s sites the knowledge acquired in the workshops and implement appropriate concepts.
