The FfE Trend Scenario

Our offer

• Expertise: The trend scenario describes the current trend of the energy system and thus the most probable development of the energy system from our point of view. The underlying premises are based on scientific findings and our expertise in all areas of the energy industry.  

• Sector models: The energy system model in the trend scenario is based on the sector models for industry, transport, households and retail, commerce and service sectors on the consumption side. 

• Parameterization: The energy system model uses additional parameters such as fuel prices, imports, expansion figures and grid expansion. We update these parameters on an ongoing basis based on current forecasts. 

• Availability: The trend scenario is always available to you in its most up-to-date form. All downstream FfE products such as price forecasts and profitability assessments can be based on the trend scenario. 

• Variability: The implementation of our energy system modeling enables us to adapt existing scenarios to your needs and thus answer your questions. We are happy to support you in defining individual questions and answering them using the trend scenario.
