  We support you in systematically measuring and assessing circularity and resource efficiency within your company. Our approach aligns with regulatory frameworks such as CSRD and the EU Taxonomy, as well as standards like ISO 59020. A structured evaluation of the status quo enables you to identify optimization potential, set goals and strategies, and monitor progress.
• Identification and Evaluation of Circular Measures
  Together with you, we derive specific measures based on the R-strategies (see figure) and assess their potential for saving critical raw materials, reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and other indicators. In this context, we also show you how the circular economy can specifically contribute to reducing your Scope 3 emissions. We are happy to introduce you to the practical ESTEM method and its associated tool.
• Sustainable Product Development & Transformation
  We help you design your products and services in a circular way throughout their entire life cycle, integrating these principles into the development process. Using life cycle assessments (LCA), we analyze the impact of material choice, energy use, lifespan, and Circular Economy strategies on the environmental impact of your products and services, identifying optimization potentials.
