A look at how we worked together in the summer of 2024

Working at FfE means more than just daily tasks and projects—it means being part of a vibrant community where team spirit and solidarity are top priorities. Since our summer party and the celebration of our 75th anniversary, a lot has happened:

A look into our shared experiences

In recent weeks, we’ve celebrated many welcome parties, excellently organized by our dedicated FfE team members. These events have not only brought us great moments but also helped strengthen our team’s bond. Many of us spent the warm summer evenings in our cozy beer garden, enjoying the days to the fullest, connecting in a relaxed atmosphere, and playing a few rounds of Schafkopf.

Another highlight was our retreat week together at Lake Walchen. This time was marked by intensive learning and teamwork, accompanied by plenty of fun. Not only did we enhance our professional skills, but we also further strengthened the cohesion within our team. It was inspiring to see us tackle challenges together and learn from one another.

And finally, we raised our glasses and danced at the Wiesn (for those not from Bavaria, that’s the Oktoberfest)! This celebration brought joy, created unforgettable memories, and filled the air with a festive spirit. It was the perfect occasion to celebrate together and recognize the achievements of the past year.

Looking Ahead to the Christmas Party and Year-End Sprint

Now, we’re looking forward to our upcoming Christmas party, which will mark a festive close to our year. It’s the perfect opportunity to reflect on the past year, celebrate together, and recognize the achievements we’ve accomplished as a team.

We’re also heading into the year-end sprint—a time for us to work together on our projects and successfully wrap up the final tasks. This period is characterized by commitment, teamwork, and the anticipation of the festive days ahead.

Team Spirit and Community

The past few months have once again shown us how important team spirit and community are at FfE. It’s these special moments—whether during celebrations, intense work phases, or in our daily interactions—that define our FfE spirit. We look forward to many more shared experiences and to strengthening our sense of community even further.
